The trip planning fee varies based on the request. We’ll always confirm any fee before planning begins.

For short stays that need a little extra help.

Planning fees are usually charged per trip, not per person.

Additional fees may apply for separate rooms, different dates, different hotels, or extra coordination.

Planning fees are non-refundable once planning has begun.
