Richard

Richard ran the Madrid Gay Nightlife Tours for Two Bad Tourists as he knows the gayborhood well! He is originally from Coventry in the United Kingdom and completed a journalism degree from Middlesex University. He worked as a music journalist in London before moving to Spain in 2012 and becoming an English teacher. After stays in southern Spain, Barcelona, and most recently Madrid, he now calls Sitges home. He joined the Two Bad Tourists team in 2022 and is the main writer and content creator at Two Bad Tourists. He supports the business by writing a variety of travel articles and guides in addition to being a trip leader for their gay group trips.

Jovan

Jovan is originally from Colorado and has called Madrid home for the past 14 years. With a passion for history, culture, and great food, he now leads engaging walking tours that bring the city’s stories and flavors to life. Jovan loves helping visitors experience Madrid beyond the typical sights, sharing both its rich past and the local culinary traditions that make the city so vibrant. He also runs the LGBTQ+ Tapas Tour and Madrid Gay Nightlife Tour for Two Bad Tourists in the city's gay neighborhood, Chueca.

Megan

Megan, our Head Trip Leader, is David’s twin sister and a creative soul with a serious passion for travel, art, and adventure. After earning her degree in Advertising Art Direction from Columbia College Chicago, she launched two successful paper businesses, Pixie Paper Co. and The Card Aisle. Having spent nine inspiring years in Chicago, Megan moved to Denver, drawn by the mountains and sunshine. Her first visit to David and Auston in Madrid back in 2014 sparked a love for travel, and she’s already taken multiple sailings with Virgin Voyages. In 2024, she made the leap to move to Spain, where she’s excited to lead unforgettable journeys, sharing her creativity and passion for exploration with fellow travelers.

Enrique

A Madrid native and licensed guide, Enrique brings deep local knowledge and enthusiasm to every tour he leads. Specializing in both history and food experiences, Enrique enjoys introducing guests to the stories, landmarks, and flavors that define his hometown. His insider perspective and love for Madrid make each tour both informative and memorable. He also runs the LGBTQ+ Tapas Tour in Chueca, Madrid's gay neighborhood.

Dan

Dan has visited more than 50 countries and has always been passionate about discovering new places and sharing those experiences with others. After studying Journalism at university, Dan began a career in London working in gay digital media and travel writing, combining storytelling with a love of travel.  In 2025, Dan joined Two Bad Tourists full time as Sales & Marketing Manager and Group Trip Leader. Now based in Madrid, Dan loves bringing people together through travel—sharing local experiences, LGBTQ+ culture, great food, and the kinds of moments that turn a group of strangers into friends by the end of a trip.
