We'll be your hosts on this incredible trip to Madrid with day trips to Toledo & Segovia from September 18-24, 2025.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: September 18, 2025

Madrid

Arrival to Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) and private transfer to the hotel. Welcome and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to start exploring the city. 7pm - Welcome drinks 8pm – Dinner included: join us for a tapas tour at some of our favorite restaurants in Madrid. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some of the best tapas bars in Madrid’s city center. You will taste a variety of different Spanish dishes, always accompanied by the best wines and in a cozy atmosphere.

Day 2: September 19, 2025

Madrid

2pm – City center and Madrid history tour. Madrid is a city of culture with splendid architecture and historical buildings featuring the city’s Spanish heritage. In this two-hour walking tour, we will explore the historic city center including Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the Opera House. 8pm – Dinner included: join us for a group dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Madrid. 10pm – Chueca nightlife tour. Enjoy a night out in Madrid to explore the nightlife of the gay neighborhood.

Day 3: September 20, 2025

Madrid

1pm – Lunch at Mercado San Anton (optional) 3pm – Visit Retiro Park (optional) 10:30pm – Dinner included. Enjoy a drag show and dinner at Gula Gula

Day 4: September 21, 2025

Madrid

3pm - Reina Sofia Museum. See Guernica, the iconic painting by Picasso, along with many other great works of art. Join us for a tour led by Marino, our local gay guide who, as a history teacher, possesses a deep knowledge of Spanish history as well as the local LGBTQ+ community. 8pm – Optional group dinner

Day 5: September 22, 2025

Toledo

10am – You'll take a day trip to Toledo, a medieval town located about an hour from Madrid. Toledo was once the capital of Spain before the Royal family moved the capital to Madrid in the 1500s. 8pm – Optional group dinner

Day 6: September 23, 2025

Segovia

10am – you'll take another day trip but this time to Segovia famous for its Roman aqueduct as well as the fairytale-style castle. Spend the day exploring this medieval town through its curving alley ways, cultural museums and historic monuments. 8pm – Dinner included: join us for a group goodbye dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Madrid.

Day 7: September 24, 2025

Departure

This is the departure day after 7 awesome days together. Check out of the hotel and if your flight allows, take the morning and afternoon to enjoy more of Madrid on your own. Transfers to the airport from the hotel will take place depending on your flight time.

The price of the trip is $2,095 per person based on double occupancy in a 4-star hotel. Solo travelers can also get a private room for the same price, with no single supplement if they book before April 30, 2025.

For credit card payments, we charge a $49 USD processing fee per person to cover transaction processing fees. Or you can opt to use one of our no-fee payment methods below.

30% of the total trip price is due at the time of confirmation (deposit).The remaining 70% is due 60 days before the start date of the trip. A 25% cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation occurs 90 days before departure. A 50% cancellation fees will apply if the cancellation occurs 60 days before departure. 100% of expenses will apply if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days after departure (e.g. non-refundable). All prices indicated are per person.

We don't like to place an age limit on the trip. But in saying that it's best suitable for ages 18+ and that guests are healthy and can get into the spirit of the trip. Our average age range is usually between mid-'30s and mid-'60s but we've also had younger and older on past trips. Our trips are also active and include many walking tours so it may not be suitable if you if you can't spend several hours on your feet, walking around the city and up and down hills.

Absolutely! Many guests on our trips are solo travelers so you won't be alone! Solo travelers who book early can also get a private room for the same price, with no single supplement.
