And what would Gay Atlanta be without some Atlanta Pride? Dykes, trans and Atlanta Pride marchers gather around Piedmont Park for annual celebrations in early to mid-October.
With all there is to see and do in Atlanta, it's hard to believe that one can experience it all in just a matter of days. However, you should visit the Atlanta Symphony Hall and catch a performance by Wendy Williams, Maxwell, RuPaul or many other talents. In remembrance of the 1996 Olympic Games, there is also Centennial Olympic Park. Located in downtown Atlanta, the park has a Fountain of Rings, free concerts and many nearby attractions, such as the World of Coca-Cola and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
