After Morocco we went back to Spain to soak up a little more Spanish culture in Barcelona. We only spent 3 nights there and honestly I wouldn't have wanted to stay a second longer. It's not that it isn't a fantastic city because obviously it is. But there were so many people!
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. After all, it is Barcelona in July. It was so crowded we couldn't even find a hostel to stay in without paying a ridiculous price. So we ended up having to sleep at a different hostel each night we were there to avoid over paying. Nonetheless, I say it doesn't matter where you stay because it's all about what you do!
The weather was great. The beaches (and the people occupying them) were gorgeous. And the sangria delectable.
We didn't take any pictures on our beach day because there was a lot of nudity while people were sun bathing in the sand. I definitely saw more ‘tatas' than I cared to and didn't want to be the pervert with a camera!

Have you guys ever tried AirBnB? My other half and I managed to nab a houseboat in Port Olimpic for fairly cheap- we were there just a month after you :)
We haven’t done it yet but we are planning to rent an apartment in Madrid starting in April. We’ll probably use AirBnB for that. Should be exciting!
